I have come to the conclusion that nothing is giving. Every thing is worked for. So today begins day one of my 90 Day Challenge. I have never done anything like this before. I have tried to lose weight wieht success in the past, but never have a kept it off. This time is different. I have went been training for the last 3 months and now feel I have a grip on what is required to change all the bad habits I have have created over the last 32 years.
So just to throw it out there my weigh in today was 264.3 lbs with 36.7% body fat. I am 5'11 so I'm pretty round... My goal is to be at 250 lbs by October and at 22% body fat.
